The gated driveway leads up to the Villa with its central courtyard. Villa Felice, with its three floors, sleeps ten people in comfortable rooms with en suite bathrooms. Underfloor heating keeps the house comfortable during the cooler months.

Doors from the main entrance hall, with its stunning marble floor, leas to the study, the living room, well equipped kitchen and the downstairs bathroom. Also leading from the entrance hall is a beautiful stone staircase to the first floor and its spacious and beautifully furnished lounge with balcony overlooking the central courtyard. The lounge leads onto the master suite comprising large double bedroom and bathroom, and a second bedroom with its own private entrance could be used as a honeymoon-style retreat within this vacation rental, all with lovely marble floors. Continuing up the stone staircase, the second floor contains a further three double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms as well as fully equipped laundry.
